Delivery

​We deliver flowers 7 days a week. The last date for ordering Sunday flower delivery is the previous Friday, and the earliest delivery date for orders placed on Saturday is the following Monday.

If incorrect information about the recipient is provided or the recipient is absent on site, Flamberta's flower shop is not responsible for delay or non-delivery of the order. If it is not possible to leave the order with the reception, security, co-workers or the recipient's relatives, we leave a delivery message. If there is no communication with the recipient within 2 days, the order is considered completed. Since Flamberta's flower shop bears the costs associated with processing the order, the customer must pay an additional fee for another delivery attempt.

We deliver our goods to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order in the city of Krakow and the surrounding area.

On Grandmother's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, flowers are delivered from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with no option to choose the delivery time. This time is the approximate delivery time of the parcel.
